Every step was perfect....was searching via the online browser, the option came up to view on the app, so I downloaded the app...and went through the huge selection they had to offer. The sizing guide was perfect, based on what you already wear. Every item I had purchased fit perfectly.

Shopping with simple be was easy and I found a few items to buy. I brought 4 pairs of jeans 1 dress and 4 swimming costumes (2 packs).
I paid for next day delivery but only half the order came next day the rest came two days after.
The dress and the costumes was great.
But the jeans was awful, worn for 3 hours and ended up with two holes in!. Was not impressed and didn't dare try the rest of them on. I will be returning the jeans.
Overall not a great experience! And probably wouldn't buy from them again, which is a shame as they have some lovely items

The jacket was on sale but I was charged full price so I will tell friends to be very careful when buying from Simply B.

The dress I ordered (last minute for my graduation) came literally next day, like advertised, and using the postal service they do (Evri) it came at the exact slot advertised.
When the dress arrived I was literally squealing like a 10 year old girl - instantly as I felt it out of its packaging it felt really good, it had a slight weight to it as it was made out of good fabrics.
The dress was exactly as described on the website and it actually fit, I ordered a size 20, and it was a size 20. Like perfectly. I am 100% going to order clothes from here again and I have recommended it to several others already.
I also really appreciate this site as I find it hard to find clothes as a plus size girl and this website and their clothes do an absolutely amazing job. Also I may have accidentally spilt a bit of sauce on it from going out, but it didn’t even stain the dress and came out in one wash. I really have nothing negative to say about this dress or website.

Simply be advertises if you order before 11.30pm Sunday-Friday you can have next day delivery. However what they don’t tell you is next day delivery is actually 24 hours from the time you order it and that they use evri (formerly Hermes) so I placed an order at 8.30pm Friday had no update all day then received an email at 8.15pm advising that they attempted to deliver my package and they couldn’t and there was no safe place. I was home and have a ring door bell this was a lie. I have called simply be to complain and see what is going on to only have a rude customer service adviser (who spoke difficult English might I add) tell me that I was never going to get my package next day as evri/Hermes only work half day on a Saturday and close on a Sunday. When I told her that they have false advertised the next day delivery she shut me down and said she is not arguing with me and that it’s not? So all in all advertisement are misleading, customer services are rude and unhelpful and clothes are nowhere to be seen?
